This page explains what the waitlist collects, why, and how to get it removed. Short version: your email if you give it, nothing sold, ever.
What I collect
- Your email address, only if you join the waitlist. It's stored with my email provider, Kit (kit.com), and used to send launch news, early access, market notes and occasional partner offers.
- Basic technical data every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type. The host processes this to serve the page and protect it from abuse.
What I don't do
- I don't sell, rent or trade your email or any personal data.
- I don't run advertising trackers on this page.
Partner offers
Some emails include affiliate or referral links to prop firms, exchanges or trading tools. If you buy through one, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Partners don't receive your email from me. Once you leave for a partner's site, their privacy policy applies.
Unsubscribing and your rights
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom; click it and you're off the list right away. You can also ask me to show, correct or delete the data I hold about you (in practice, your email address). Laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give some people these rights; I extend them to everyone and handle requests within 30 days.
Age
This list is for adults. Trading products discussed are generally restricted to people 18 and over, and I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
